Ingredients, 6 servings

1,5 kg tripe, some lemon juice, salt, pepper

Preparation

Put a moderate amount of water in a large pot, add the tripe and boil it until it becomes soft (but not too soft).

Drain the tripe and dice it in a large bowl, then add some salt, some pepper and some lemon juice.
