Tripe with tomato and chilli pepper sauce
Ingredients, 6 servings
1 kg tripe, 200 g peeled tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 chilli pepper, 4 tablespoon olive oil, salt
Preparation
Clean and chop the onion, then lightly fry it in a frying pan with the oil. Once the onion turns lightly brown, add the peeled tomatoes, then slice and add the chilli pepper.
Let the mix simmer for 15 minutes, then adjust for salt and add the tripe.
Let the mix simmer further for 30 minutes.
