Tripe salami salad
Ingredients, 4 servings
350 g tripe salami, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 lemon, salt, pepper
Preparation
Prepare a sauce by carefully mixing the lemon juice, the oil, the parsley, some salt and some pepper.
Two hours before serving, cut the tripe salami into broad strips, pour the sauce on it and let it rest so that it becomes tasty.
If desired, boiled white Spanish beans may be added to this tripe salad.
