Tripe 'my way'
Ingredients, 4 servings
500 g tripe, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 celery stalk, parsley, 1 chilli pepper, 1/2 cube, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil
Preparation
Slice the tripe, then finely chop the celery, the onion, the garlic and the chilli pepper, and fry them lightly on low heat in a frying pan with some oil. When the vegetables have browned, add the sliced tripe and the 1/2 cube.
Keep the lid on the pan, so that steam can not escape. Simmer the mix on low heat for about 20 minutes stirring it often.
Once done, add a handful of chopped parsley and of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot, and enjoy your meal.
