Spaghetti with tripe salami sauce
Ingredients, 4 servings
250 g tripe salami, 300 g spaghetti, 1 chilli pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt
Preparation
Cut the tripe salami into thin strips, mash the garlic and boil the spaghetti.
Lightly fry the mashed garlic and the chilli pepper in a frying pan with the oil, then add the boiled spaghetti and the tripe salami.
